  • How many BEEPER AIO vapes can I purchase?
The same account (recipient & address) can only purchase one BEEPER at a time, and extra orders will be cancelled.
 
  • Which colors will be available?

We announce which colors will be available on our Facebook page.

 

  • When will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship orders out according to purchasing priorities.
Your orders will be shiped on weekdays (from Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Stock items will be dispatched within 3 business day after payment.
Pre-order items will be dispatched within 7-15 business day after payment (or on the specified date).

 

  • Where dose my order ship from?
It will be shipped from Shenzhen China.

  

  • How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched.  Later you will receive an email with the tracking number, in order for you to monitor the status of the delivery on the courier's website. (Tracking can take around 24-72 hours to update after dispatch. ) You can also contact us to keep you up with any update on the order.

 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

We strive to deliver your package according to our schedule, sometimes the estimated time depends on your local postal company, and customs delays.

  

  • How do I request a warranty?

You need to provide a photo or a video showing the defects of the product to our service team: info@wizman710.com. If it passed the genuine check, you will be given official after-sales service.

 

  • How do I request a refund?
  1. Any used accessories may not be refunded or returned.
  2. Any time before your order is shipped and you want a cancellation of your order, we will refund all the money. (Excluding the transaction fees caused).
  3. In case your order is shipped before you want a cancellation, please wait until the package is returned completely and safely to WIZMAN, then we will refund you your money deducting all the transaction fees, shipping costs or any other fees caused during the process.
  4. If there is any fault caused by WIZMAN, we will give a full refund.

 

  • Lost and undelivered packages

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery.

 

  • International taxes, duties and customs fees

The displayed product costs do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. The price buyer paid to us are the product price itself. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. If the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund the order.
